Julea Ferrara
Julea Ferrara is a techno-functional ecosystem architect and enterprise transformation leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations bridge the gap between people, processes, technology, and measurable impact.
Her career spans transformation initiatives supporting Fortune 500 organizations including General Motors, BASF, Molson Coors, Tenneco, and DRiV, as well as healthcare systems and public and private-sector initiatives.
Across that work, one question has consistently shaped her thinking:
“How do organizations preserve, activate, and scale knowledge?”
That question sits at the center of Julea's work in enterprise transformation, knowledge management, workforce development, organizational change, AI, and community innovation.
She is also the creator of RootIntelligence™, a human-centered framework focused on the intersection of knowledge, identity, workforce development, digital equity, and AI-enabled innovation.
Her leadership and community work includes Techqueria Milwaukee & Detroit, the Wisconsin Chapter of ASUG, workforce and technology ecosystem development, and speaking and advocacy around technology, workforce, and community innovation.
